Two on One TrainingTrain with a buddy and save!!  G.A. West offers two on one personal training that is customized to the relationship of the participants and their goals.  Be it husband and wife, father and son, mother and daughter, or two competitive friends, G.A. will design a program to help both of you achieve your individual goals while delivering a dual training session.  Whether your goals are to lose weight, increase lean muscle mass, sport specific training, increased flexibility, postural strengthening & correction, or just general fitness, G.A. Nutritional CounselingFifty percent of achieving one's fitness goals is nutrition.  G.A. Email/Phone ConsultationIf you don't live in the New York area, but would like still like training or nutritional advice from G.A. West, you can hire him for email or phone consultations.  G.A. will email you a customized workout and nutritional plan based on your answers to his personal questions.  He will also monitor and evaluate your program and progress daily or weekly, depending on your preference.  If you choose phone consultation, he will check in with you over the phone and personally answer any questions you may have regarding your training and/or nutrition.  For information on rates for these services, please visit our Contact Us page.

 

Simply the Best Self DefenseSimply the Best Fitness Self Defense is a two day course that specializes in basic, beginner level martial arts techniques that are appropriate for defending oneself against attack and/or rape in real life situations.  Simply the Best Fitness Self Defense is geared towards women, however, it can be taken by and is useful for men as well.

G.A.
