We're still waiting on tomorrow LOL!  For real though, I will be putting something up in this space soon.  I've just been debating what and how exactly.  This past Monday, I again hooked up with my old strength coach, and the workouts have been good so far.  There's a few things on the horizon, and I've been really busy with work, hence the neglect towards the website.

That's not fair to you faithful followers though, so we need to change something about that.  We're working hard on getting more content up on here and more regularly.  It won't all be original content from yours truly, but that should be ok.  I want this to be your one stop shop not just for all things G.A. West related, but also for health and wellness related things as well.  Check out today's Fitness tip, and check back on Monday for a new one.  If there's not a new one up on Monday morning, call me out on it and I'll send you some free merchandise.  It's the least I could do...
