Here is an example of a typical day for G.A. West, CPT:
- 05:00 AM - Wake up and eat an apple
- 05:30 AM - One hour of cardio, ab work, and stretching
- 06:30 AM - Drink a protein shake at the conclusion of training and then shower and dress
- 07:30 AM - Eat breakfast
- 08:00 AM - Train Clients
- 11:00 AM - In between training clients, have a protein shake or bar
- 01:00 PM - Eat lunch
- 01:30 PM - Run errands or take a nap
- 03:00 PM - 2 hour training session with Strength Coach
- 05:00 PM - Drink a protein shake at the conclusion of training and then shower and dress
- 06:00 PM - Eat Dinner
- 06:30 PM - Train Clients
- 09:00 PM - In between training clients eat a light snack
- 10:00 PM - Eat a bowl of high fiber cereal before training last client for the night
- 12:00 AM - Drink a protein shake and get ready for bed
- 01:00 AM - Go to sleep
