Daily Routine

Here is an example of a typical day for G.A. West, CPT:

  • 05:00 AM - Wake up and eat an apple
  • 05:30 AM - One hour of cardio, ab work, and stretching
  • 06:30 AM - Drink a protein shake at the conclusion of training and then shower and dress
  • 07:30 AM - Eat breakfast
  • 08:00 AM - Train Clients
  • 11:00 AM - In between training clients, have a protein shake or bar
  • 01:00 PM - Eat lunch
  • 01:30 PM - Run errands or take a nap
  • 03:00 PM - 2 hour training session with Strength Coach
  • 05:00 PM - Drink a protein shake at the conclusion of training and then shower and dress
  • 06:00 PM - Eat Dinner
  • 06:30 PM - Train Clients
  • 09:00 PM - In between training clients eat a light snack
  • 10:00 PM - Eat a bowl of high fiber cereal before training last client for the night
  • 12:00 AM - Drink a protein shake and get ready for bed
  • 01:00 AM - Go to sleep
